Order, Delivery & Exchange
SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped via standard shipping. We use Yun Express for the U.S. and Thailand Post for all other countries.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the items ordered and the destination country.
Please ensure that all billing and shipping details are correct before placing your order, as we are unable to make changes once an order has been confirmed.
Orders require a few business days to process before shipment. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on the destination.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been sent. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.
RETURNS
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is incorrect due to an error on our part.
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at goodcha.bkk@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your package, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Please note that we do not ship breakable items for international orders, so damage during transit is highly unlikely.
