Founders & Milestones
GOOD CHĀ was initiated by Kate Socatiyanurak and Grace Tungpanitansook in December 2022. Seven months later, they brought in Anna Naklada as the third co-founder and Chief Brand Officer before the company was formally registered.
From the beginning, GOOD CHĀ was built at the intersection of finance, product, and brand. Kate brought a background in economics, finance, and commercial strategy, later leading the company as Chief Financial Officer. Grace brought a background in communication arts, culinary-led product instinct, and operations, later leading product development as Chief Product Officer. Anna joined as Chief Brand Officer, bringing audience, culture, community, storytelling, and brand visibility.
Today, GOOD CHĀ has grown into a Thai premium matcha and lifestyle brand with 6 branches across Bangkok, alongside a strong ecommerce, delivery, catering, and events presence. The brand is closely connected to Thailand’s wellness and fitness community, frequently collaborating with wellness events, fitness influencers, private gatherings, and lifestyle-led brand activations.
GOOD CHĀ is led by three co-founders with distinct roles. Kate leads finance, commercial strategy, revenue planning, and scaling. Grace leads product development, drinks menu creation, operations, and merchandise. Anna leads brand visibility, community, storytelling, and partnerships.
Together, the founders have grown GOOD CHĀ from a matcha drinks concept into a fast-growing Thai premium retail brand, with a significant share of revenue now coming from ecommerce through tea-making tools and merchandise.
The company’s revenue grew nearly 16x within its first two years. In the first half of 2026, GOOD CHĀ reached approximately 18M THB in revenue, with a full-year target of 50M THB.
In 2025, online sales became the company’s largest channel, contributing approximately 60% of annual revenue. This reflects GOOD CHĀ’s evolution beyond a café concept into a retail, ecommerce, and product-led brand with a loyal customer base.
The brand has also gained strong cultural visibility in Thailand, having been seen among leading actresses, celebrities, and influencers, including Aum Patchrapa and Chompoo Araya A. Hargate. GOOD CHĀ has also been featured in leading publications such as Vogue Thailand, further strengthening its position as a premium lifestyle brand rooted in tea culture, design, wellness, and community.
